Comedidamente me permito convocarlos a la Asamblea General Extraordinaria de Copropietarios del Condominio Edificio Parador Terminal de Transportes de La Plata, la cual se realizará el próximo miércoles 23 de abril del presente año a las 10:00 a.m. en salón Kiosko de conductores ubicado en el Terminal de Transportes de La Plata, ubicado en el kilómetro 1 de la vía La Plata-Neiva, con el fin de desarrollar el siguiente orden del día:
ORDEN DEL DÍA
1. Himnos:
1.1. De la República de Colombia.
1.2. Del Departamento del Huila.
1.3. Del Municipio de La Plata.
2. Llamado a lista y verificación del quórum.
3. Elección del presidente y secretario de la presente Asamblea.
4. Lectura, discusión y aprobación del orden del día.
5. Designación de la comisión para la redacción y aprobación del Acta de Asamblea de la fecha.
6. Lectura del informe de la comisión de redacción y aprobación del Acta de Asamblea General de Copropietarios N°19.
7. Presentación y aprobación Informe de Gestión de la vigencia 2024 del Consejo de Administración y la Administradora a la Asamblea General Ordinaria de Copropietarios.
8. Informe y Dictamen de la Revisoría Fiscal.
9. Presentación y aprobación de los Estados Financieros a 31 de diciembre de 2024.
9.1. Estado situación financiera
9.2. Estado de resultado Integral
10.Presentación y aprobación reforma al reglamento de propiedad horizontal Condominio Edificio Parador Terminal de Transportes de La Plata.
11.Presentación y aprobación del presupuesto año 2025.

13.Elección de comité de convivencia para la vigencia 2025.
14.Proposiciones y varios.

El proyecto de presupuesto para el año 2025 y los Estados Financieros y sus anexos estarán a disposición de los copropietarios en la oficina del Condominio Edificio Parador Terminal de Transportes de La Plata, ubicado en el kilómetro 1 de la vía La Plata-Neiva, a partir de las 8 am a 12 pm – 2 pm a 5 pm, de acuerdo al artículo 447 del Código de Comercio y el artículo 48 de la Ley 222 de 1995.
De igual manera le recordamos que para participar en la Asamblea General de Copropietarios deberá estar al día con las obligaciones por concepto de cuotas de administración a 31 de marzo de 2025, el plazo máximo para ponerse al día es el 15 de abril del presente año.
