POLÍTICA DE SEGURIDAD VIAL
Es política del Terminal de Transportes de la Plata S.A., promover la ejecución de actividades de prevención y control tendientes a mitigar los riesgos asociados con la ocurrencia de accidentes de tránsito, las cuales estarán integradas al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo - SGSST. El Terminal de Transportes de la Plata S.A., acorde con los lineamientos de la legislación vigente con respecto al Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial,se compromete a mejorar las condiciones que impliquen una cultura de autocuidado en la prevención de accidentes e incidentes viales que puedan afectar la integridad física, mental y social de los funcionarios y contratistas que deban desempeñar cualquier rol en la vía de acuerdo con el Código Nacional de Tránsito, todo enmarcado en los valores de la organización y en los procesos de mejora continua, que contribuyan por la adopción de conductas proactivas para prevenir accidentes e incidentes en la vía.
Por lo anterior el Terminal de Transportes de la Plata S.A., está comprometida a:
- Cumplir con la reglamentación establecida en el Código Nacional de Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre y, en general, con el marco legal aplicable según su rol en la vía (conductor, pasajero, acompañante y peatón).
- Establecer estrategias de socialización, capacitación y reentrenamiento que permitan generar actitudes y comportamientos seguros para los diferentes actores viales.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos normativos legales aplicables en materia de seguridad vial.
- Garantizar la mejora continua en el Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial, como herramienta para la prevención de los accidentes e incidentes viales.
- La gerencia, se comprometen con la generación de espacios de participación de todos sus colaboradores.
- Esta política deberá ser comunicada y estará disponible por todas las partes interesadas.
Revisada y aprobada a los 01 del mes de agosto del año 2023.
